EXHIBIT IN THE MARKETPLACE
Marketplace Hours: Thursday, Oct 24 — 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (vendor move in) Friday, Oct 25 — 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct 26 — 8:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. The Marketplace will take place at Allard Hall in MacEwan University in Edmonton. Time has been specifically allocated in the conference itinerary for delegates to browse and buy at the Marketplace. The Marketplace provides a valuable opportunity for businesses/ organizations to display products and promote services, and for post secondary institutions to network with teachers and meet prospective students taking part in the honour ensembles. All exhibitors will be promoted on conference website and through MCA social media leading up to the conference. Each Marketplace booth is fully draped, includes 1 6' table, 2 chairs, power, and wifi access. ADVERTISE IN THE CONFERENCE APP & PROGRAM The conference app will be the primary resource for schedule and information for delegates! Banners, personalized messages to delegates, and advertising space available in the conference app. Colour and black and white advertising space is available in printed programs. If you have a camera ready ad that does not comply with our advertisement specifications, we may still be able to use it. Please forward the ad to us as early as possible! Basic text ads available.
