SESSION HOST
Session hosts play a key role in ensuring that sessions proceed in a timely manner, and that our presenters can focus on their presentations. Hosts will answer questions and generally support our presenters throughout their time in a room (approx. 75 mins.). More details will be provided, but primary responsibilities include:

Hosts will answer questions and generally support our presenters throughout their time in a room (approx. 75 mins.). More details will be provided, but primary responsibilities include:
- Arriving 15 minutes before the session with all necessary handouts and equipment
- Ensure that the presenter has everything that they need, and assist with setup
- Greet delegates at the door and check nametags
- Introduce the session using the provided script
REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk is a key point of contact and information for our presenters and delegates. This role is essential for getting people registered/signed in and providing the information and resources they need. At the registration desk, your primary responsibilities include:

- Welcoming delegates, presenters, and volunteers as they arrive
- Checking participants in to the conference and processing on-site registrations and collecting payments
- Providing directions and information to participants as needed
PRESENTER TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is a key part of hospitality for our presenters, ensuring that their arrival and departure is quick and comfortable. The primary responsibilities involved include:
Transportation is a key part of hospitality for our presenters, ensuring that their arrival and departure is quick and comfortable. The primary responsibilities involved include:
- Meeting the presenter at the airport, identifying their flight number and status, and stationing yourself near the appropriate exit or baggage claim
- Transporting the presenter back to the airport from the Matrix hotel at the end of their stay, ensuring they arrive in plenty of time for a comfortable flight home.
