Emma DeVooght is a current Vice-Principal with the Thames Valley District School Board in London Ontario. Prior to her change in leadership, Emma was a music educator with Thames Valley. She led the way in developing inclusive educational programming that promoted growth over perfection and participation no matter the student's ability. Emma continues to promote inclusive and equitable practices in all aspects of education. In her free time, Emma continues to be an active member of the London music community by playing Bassoon with Encore... the Concert Band.
